Commercial Port, Piti, Guam. November 10, 2021 – Cabras Marine Corporation (CMC) will host a job fair Saturday, Nov. 13th from 11am – 2pm. The job fair will be located inside Guam Premier Outlets across New York Nails. CMC urges the island community to attend as this job fair will offer unique opportunities for qualified candidates to apply for a variety of positions in Ship Repair and Marine Operations. CMC is focused on revitalizing ship repair as a core industry on Guam and is committed to educating and developing the local workforce. CMC has been committed to Guam and the CNMI since 1975 and vows to
continue providing opportunities for the local community to succeed and prosper. With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic forcing thousands of locals away from their previous positions, CMC welcomes all potential candidates to embrace this opportunity to sit down with us and see how your current skillsets will fit within our company and how we can further improve your skillsets through higher-level training. The following positions are available for qualified candidates:

General Craftsman Program – Entry level position with a high potential in promoting towards a permanent position under the Apprenticeship Program. Job assignments may vary daily assisting various departments. Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, removing debris, loading and unloading materials, assembling and disassembling temporary structures and assisting skilled craftspeople with their duties. Applicant should be able to perform a variety of duties involving various tools, lifting, carrying and managing equipment and machinery to provide support and aid to the skilled
craftspeople on-site. Immediate training opportunities available upon hire.

Journey Worker Positions – Positions below include foreman opportunities for the respective trades.
