Cabras Marine Corporation (CMC), is pleased to announce that after 25 years of dedicated service, Chief Engineer Fermino Biliran, is retiring from our organization. Throughout his time here, Fermin has been an integral part of our team and has made significant contributions to the success of our organization. Fermin’s dedication and hard work have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers.
