Saipan Marine Corporation (SMC) is pleased to have the opportunity in assisting the USS Frank Cable and a USN Submarine during their port visit in Saipan, CNMI. This is the first USN Submarine that has visited Saipan in 7 – 8 years. SMC values its capability to support the U.S. Navy and its Assets in the Micronesia Region and will continue to invest in further improving the efficiency of our services provided.
