Cabras Marine Corporation (CMC) displayed its efficient and reliable response time to an emergent call from Naval Base Guam’s Port Operations Center stating the chains broke off of the USS Frank Cable. CMC dispatched one Pilot, 2 Time Charter Tugboats and 3 IDIQ Tugboats to assist in operations for securing the USS Frank Cable from Alpha to Sierra Pier throughout the night. A job well done to Capt. Edgar and tugs M/T Hurao, M/T Endurance, M/T Talofofo, M/T Quipuha and M/T Endeavor for working hastily and effectively throughout this operation.
