Cabras Marine Corporation’s employees are the backbone of this company. Due to their hard work and dedication, CMC continues to execute operations effectively. In order to ensure effective operations, the CMC management team and Tug Masters & Engineers held a meeting to discuss the upcoming operational outlook, vessel maintenance planning, and standard operating procedures that must be implemented while operating the tugboats. CMC will be implementing a standardization procedure for our marine operations personnel in order for them to be knowledgeable and comfortable using any tugboat in CMC’s fleet. CMC also provides training courses for our marine personnel to allow them to continuously upgrade their marine license capabilities.
