PITI, Guam (Oct. 20, 2023) Cabras Marine met with Rear Adm. Thomas J. Anderson, acting commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, on Oct. 20, 2023 at our PACDIM Facility in Piti. The visit was included in a broader tour Rear Adm. Anderson conducted of all of the Navy’s public shipyards and various support activities as part of the Admiral’s familiarization visit to Guam. RADM Anderson is visiting all public shipyards and supporting activities that fall under NAVSEA in order to learn about each site location’s capabilities. As part of this visit, Cabras was able to demonstrate our capabilities in Ship Repair and provide him a tour of our production shops and work force supporting the industry.
